My Wedding Design Process: Phase III

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve shared a peek into my design process for weddings and although this is the final post on the series, there’s so much more that goes into making sure this process is seamless for my clients.
Let’s get into the third and final phase of my wedding design process!
MY WEDDING DESIGN PROCESS: PHASE III
SOURCING: VENDORS AND DECOR ITEMS
In Phase II of my process, is when I do all the design work which includes all the items needed to make the wedding design a success. So in the sourcing phase, I start reaching out to design vendors which include but are not limited to: florists, stationery, lighting, rentals, and any specialty rentals we may need for the design.
Once we’ve settled on the design vendors and decor items, an invoice will be sent to you outlining all the necessary purchases. This phase is more about doing a bit of research and securing the items needed.
Now onto one of the most exciting parts of the whole process: the styling!!
STYLING: DAY-OF
We did it! We made it to your wedding day. The day you’ve dreamed about for a long time. The day you get to say “I do” to your best friend in this world. The day of styling that beautiful design we’ve dreamed of and created together for the past few months. That day is here!
Styling day is when I and every vendor working on this wedding come in and do what they were paid to do. Styling day is when I come in and set up the tables, decor, chairs, and any decor items needed to make the production of your event a reality. Styling day is when you get to see it all come to life.
This is the day for you to relax and enjoy with your loved ones because once this moment is over, you won’t get it back. But I know for sure it will create a lasting memory in your hearts.
